Delmarva fox squirrel to leave ESA list

From my first visit to Chincoteague National Wildlife Refuge on Delmarva, watching for individual Delmarva Fox Squirrels became a mission. Today, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service published a proposed rule removing the species from Endangered Species Act listing.
