More pollution for Chesapeake Bay blue crabs?

This comes down to that tired old equation, "will it hurt the economy?" Some outfit may pollute, sure, but it employs people, so it must be good Right? I hate the whole notion of putting a dollar value on every thing and looking outside and seeing "natural resources," not God's flora and fauna.
